David’s passion for travel and all things Southeast Asia germinated in 2006 during a backpacking tour with friends across Thailand, Vietnam, and Cambodia. One month quickly parlayed into one year of intensive travel and language study that eventually culminated in 10+ years’ residence in Thailand married with two children.
In making Thailand home, David brought his F&B management skills, and built on them a strong educational base in International Tourism Management at Bangkok University. David trained practically in hospitality management at the Rembrandt Hotel in Bangkok for two years, after which he pivoted into project management with a focus on interior design and construction. Since then David has developed a forte, over the past five plus years, in high-end hospitality project management.
